Charles Borg CEO

As CEO of Envirocern, Charles Borg is one of the nation’s clean tech thought-leaders and trusted advisors to global companies and executives. Prior to founding the company, Charles served for nine years as the Business Development and Sales Manager for Applied Process Technology, Inc. (APT), a developer in advanced water treatment process technologies that enable water reuse. He led Business Development and Marketing and Sales for HiPOx, PulseOx, and the MBFR membrane.

Charles has also Founded and operated Traidaxis, an international trading and consulting services firm, Co-Founded Globe-Tex, a global servicing firm, and Part-Owner and Co-Founder of Nitec Inc., a controlled atmosphere firm.

Charles launched his career working with Dow Chemical Co., his 28 year tenure played a key role in global sectors as General Manager for Dow Iran, General Sales Manager for Rocky Mountain  Region, Executive V.P. and Chairman of the Board of Korea Pacific Chemical Corp, Global Product Manager for Plastics and Packaging Materials, President of Dow Global Trading, Commercial Development Manager for the Western Region and before his retirement he was the Business Development Manager for SOX Program.

He has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Marketing from University of San Francisco and San Francisco State University respectively.


Charles provides overall Company direction and focuses much of his effort on nurturing the broad array of relationships which make up the Envirocern network.

Gordon R. Wood North American Business Development & Marketing Manager

Gordon R. Wood is Marketing Manager for  Envirocern; he seeks emerging clean technologies with efficiency, productivity and returns to broad commercialization. Randall has functional experience across the broad spectrum of product development, marketing & sales, provides the tools and a relationship focus creates cohesion, the search for consensus, and a successful business result.

Gordon served as General Manager for the development of highly productive Concrete Pipe and Dry Cast equipment that brought economy to an energy intensive industry; Biotech Fermentors and Lab Equipment that is integral to a new wave of innovation; Aseptic filtration to guarantee efficacy in the Pharmaceutical and Food markets; Membrane Gas and Air separation products that enable and lead companies to lower operating costs and new application; Techniques to economically measure building interior air quality and provide for an environmentally friendly work area while reducing company risk.

Gordon has a B.S. from California Polytechnic University.
